The above designs all share similar qualities; they all are very simplistic which is a nice round off to the finished website. Each of the footers have another navigation option with additions of where to find/contact the company. Out of the three Lanikai Properties has more visual impact the design was very unique and works well as a footer completing the design throughout. The other two are very plain and although they wouldnt be considered a seperate element instead more in the background.
